Research supplement

I’m trying to fill out the research supplement on slideroom, but two of the supposedly required sections I can’t fill out. They are yes or no questions, and for me the answer is no.

They are:

Has this work been submitted to any high school research competitions?*
If yes, please check all that apply.

Has this work been submitted, presented, and/or published in other academic venues?*

So it seems to me that it is acceptable if the answer is no based on the questions, but it has them as required, and there is no “no” option. Is my research ineligible?

The boxes are multi-tick, not radio checks, so it is fine if they are not filled out. Notice that in the ‘category’ section, you have to select an answer, here you can select one, two, none, etc.

@berndownforwhat mymit isn’t working for me right now so I’ll just ask. When does the research supplement have to be submitted? The EA deadline? Same time as application? How does it work
