Resend Commonapp essay to correct errors?

<p>The deadline is over but I found out that the office is still willing to receive updates on awards, supplemental materials ... et cetera</p>

<p>Is it alright to resend the essay on commonapp to replace the one I submitted?
It is exactly the same essay. Just corrections on some errors. Just realized uploaded the previous draft instead of latest copy.</p>

<p>Anyone had experience or heard about such a case? Will the office attend to it or will they be deeply frustrated?</p>

<p>JMO, but I think that once the application is submitted, that’s it, warts and all. Where would admissions draw the line on essay ‘corrections’? Updates are a different category as they are information that wasn’t available by the deadline. </p>

<p>I honestly don’t think little errors will make a difference in your decision.</p>
