<p>I took the ACT in June of '07 and received my official score report in about July. However, the score report was lost or accidentally thrown away because we recently moved and many things were misplaced.</p>
<p>Now, it turns out that I need photocopies of the actual score reports to apply to various summer programs. How can I request ACT to send a copy of the score report to my house?</p>
