Resending CFA

I took my CFA at the Summer Seminar and did pretty well, but after working out pretty hard all summer I think I can do better. I was wondering how I would go about sending in the new information, because there isn't an option to do that on the CIS. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

you might try e-mailing your regional director. I'm sure they will be able to give you an answer

I would go ahead and retake the test first then decide whether it is worth sending. If your scores do not improve significantly throw the results away and continue to work out and try again in a couple of months.

Cory,

I wouldn't sweat the CFA. It is a Pass / Fail test. If you are a competitive candidate and fail the CFA, the Admission Office will tell you what area needs improvement and ask you to retake the test. USNA doesn't publish the minimum requirements because they want candidates to do their best on the test NOT just the minimum.

I wouldn't take it again if my scores hadn't improved drastically, my parents and I just figured that it might help for them to see that I've been trying really hard to get better at the parts I was struggling in. So I guess an addition to my question is, does it really matter if I send them in again? Thanks in advance.

Cory, you've made a good case for why you might want to do so. Your point may be more important than the improvement in some specific physical exercices.

If your scores have improved significantly, send in the new scores. CFA is a P/F test, but you can get bonus points for doing extremely well in certain areas. If you had only a minor improvement (6 pullups vs. 5), I'd either keep working out (you have until Mar. 31st, I believe) to get an even better score before you send them new scores.
