RESENDING CommonApp Multi. Versions

<p>I just sent in two applications through CommonApp, I thought I was sending an improved edited version of my application, but instead the system sent the original application version. Do colleges allow one to send another copy to them and ask them to drop my original submission?</p>

<p>Or any way to get around this? I had a few errors in my commonapp and changed my short essay, but the biggest thing that bothers me is the essay and i'd really like them to read another one instead of the original one I sent.

<p>Call the school and ask them. The problem with sending multiple times is how do adcoms know if this is your latest version? What makes them think you might not have one more version to submit?</p>

<p>If they will allow it, it would have to be by snail mail. The system does not permit you to change an application once it's submitted, and it doesn't allow you to withdraw it either.</p>
