Which Canadian University has provisions for students (especially international students) for housing/residence during breaks-- summer and/or christmas breaks?
It would be a great selling point if they did.

Do any of the following offer it?
1. UBC
2. SFU
3. U of Alberta
4. U of Calgary
5. U of Saskatchewan
6. U of Toronto
7. Queen's University
8. U Western Ontario
9. U of Waterloo
10. York U
11. McGill U
12. Dalhousie U
13. Memorial U

I know that UofToronto offers summer housing at most of its colleges (I’ve looked into New, Chestnut and UC and they all offer summer residence).

U of T offers summer housing but there’s no guarantee that you’ll be able to stay in the same room or the same res. I would guess that most schools would have summer housing available because there are students taking summer coursework. You would have to apply, as all students do, though, and of course, there is an added cost. I don’t think they have the option to remain over Christmas holidays but you should call and get a definitive answer.
