Well, how about that? A money back guarantee. Power to the people! :)

What about your towels, Kate? We’ve read some complaints about their quality. Have you made any improvements to them?

And thanks for responding here. Whether or not we end up purchasing from you folks, I admire a company that responds to feedback.

A guarantee might cause some people to give it a shot! Thanks for the information.

I have purchased three of the memory foam mattress pads and love them. You can also order one king size foam and cut in half. The foam pads stay secure on the dorm mattress with any fitted mattress pad. I purchased the XL foam pad that has multiple air holes for my son’s dorm bed. I don’t think the air holes make a difference. It is marketed as a cooler pad. This may come down to personal preference.

I mentioned this in an earlier post…BB&B paid for our shipping. All I did was ask and explain that they did not have a store in Tuscaloosa. One of the Area Directors was in the store that day. He said BB&B was planning on opening a store in the near future. IDK how soon.

FWIW, 200+ threadcount sheet sets are readily available at Target, Bed Bath & Beyond and elsewhere in the neighborhood of $20 in the late fall. It’s really simple to find XL Twin sheets when college draws nearer.
