Residence Halls

Hello everyone. When filling out the housing application, is there an option to request a residence hall or put your top priorities? Any suggestions on what halls to go for? Any to avoid? Thank you

Don’t choose Monteith. It’s far from everything and you’ll be awakened by the cadets at 6 am. At least that’s how it was when D was there in 07-08.

Do the residential leadership community theme housing if you’re a freshman. They’re by far the nicest dorms that you could live in as a freshman.

Following many people’s recommendation, I have applied for the leadership community. Please advice with the second choice: New Res and Payne are also nice, but they are for upperclass students. So, what should I put as my second choice not to end up in a really bad dorm like Pritchard or Monteith?

Thank you for any recommendation.

AJ just go renovated, so it might be alright.

website says students have to take two 3-credit courses - that seems like a lot to live in leadership housing

The course is stupidly easy from every account I’ve ever heard, and the dorms are nice.
