Residency Error?

I am a transfer student and I have already complete the application. I received my admissions packet and in the letter included in the admissions packet, it stated that I am a Non-Florida Resident and I would have to pay Out-State-Tuition. I am a US Citizen and Florida resident, dependent of my parents, both of whom are Naturalized Citizens and Florida residents. I indicated all of this on my application (included my mom's voter registration, driver's license, and alien number). Shouldn't I be paying In-State Tuition and not Out-Of-State Tuition? Should I fill out the residency affidavit and sent it to them?

Complete the residency affidavit carefully and accurately, submit it to admissions. Phone admissions and ask them why you weren’t classified as Florida resident for in-state tuition purposes. Make sure they get any required or requested documentation.
