<p>Does anyone know anything about out of state students being emancipated to qualify for resident tuition? Thanks.</p>

<p>You have to have lived in Colorado for at least a year, so unless you're already there you'd probably be out of state for at least your freshman year.</p>

<p>It is rather difficult to get in state because CU makes SO much from their out of state tuition, you may be able to qualify after a year or so though.</p>
