Residential Programs/College Houses

Hopefully, there are some people in this forum who can help me with this? I think I've put it off for way too long, but I really want to be finished with my housing application. Right now, I have three (possibly 4) residential programs in mind. They are Biosphere: the Active Experience in Kings Court English, Penn Women in Leadership in Ware and Research, Innovation and Entrepreneurship also in Ware. The possible 4th one is the FreshEx program...though this one I've heard mixed feelings about.
The Biosphere: the Active Experience sounds really fun, and I think it'll help fill the "college experience" at Penn. The other two is more of the academic and future side of my decision. They sound very interesting and it feels like it creates a lot of opportunities in terms of getting my foot in the door. So I guess the question is almost like what I want versus what I should do. I also know that I want to either live in Kings Court English or the Quad, specifically Ware.
Gosh, I am torn. Could someone help me or give their opinions? Thank you!

P.S. If you can rank the college houses that you would prefer, that would be great!

Apply to programs in the Quad. It’s better than living in Kings Court your freshman year. The Quad is more social and lively and offers an overall better first-year experience.

Following, just starting this part!
