Okay. I FINALLY decided on Penn and sent in my reply card yesterday.
Now, my lazy self has one more day to complete the housing application. sigh
anyways, I was just wondering how important the residential programs are. Are they really beneficial? How big of an impact do they have on the life of a freshman? Because if they are indeed important, I better get started on the essays… whew.
Thanks for your input! :]

The impact is as big as you want it to be. Certain ones (Entreprenuers) are competitive, but most aren't, and in general, they tend just to be a way to hedge your chances of getting into a college house.
