Residential System question

<p>Hey, so this upcoming week I have the option of looking at a bunch of colleges within driving distance (a couple hours) and harvard is in that range. Honestly, I don't have much of a shot at Harvard, I'm looking more at schools like Rice, Cornell, and Emory-congrats to you who did get in though! I'm really interested in the residential college system and was wondering if the residential college system is similar to that of Rice? I know at Rice it's a big deal, but not sure if it's as important at Harvard. Really though, I just want to get an idea of what the Residential System is like, so would Harvard be a good example?</p>
