<p>so ok im sure the follow is going to be a bit of a stupid question but does the GB in the resnet packages refer to the bandwidth? or like the amount of data you can download like per week or day or such... and like after you've hit the quota can you not use the internet sorry.. im a bit confused..</p>
<p>The GB limit is the amount of bandwidth (upload+download) you are allotted for a given week. When you go over the limit, speed is reduced drastically.</p>
<p>Any downloading and uploading done inside of the university network does not count, only external internet traffic counts.</p>
