Okay, so maybe the title's a little bit misleading as I am technically passing, but currently I have a C+ in Honors Precalc, which, if not raised by my exam this week, is going to be the first C on my transcript. :|

What resources do you recommend to review concepts that will be on the exam (besides my textbook and notes) and to keep my grade high next semester so I end up with a B average in the class?

Mathway, photomath apps if you want to do things the easy way… google “Tulyn: Math For All” for some extra help… it can’t hurt to check out your online textbook either… I know mine has some walkthrough lessons and practice problems, make sure you know all the capabilities of your calculator too, it can make things a lot easier if you know it well enough.

It might first be a good idea to identify what you’re struggling with. Is it with understanding the material? Do you panic on the tests? You could also try talking to your teacher and ask for help, as s/he might be able to help. Or you could see if your parents / friends can help.

You could also try some online resources:
**Khan Academy:/b Great videos in math / science / possibly other subjects. It’s easiest if you know what you want to review, instead of using their suggested videos.
**Maths is Fun:/b I like it better than Khan Academy because videos are slow, and this website is super colorful :). Very clear, concise, and easy to follow.
**Purple Math:/b Not as easy to follow, but very detailed / proof based, and on many topics.

One thing that helped me with math was to write summaries of each chapter. I’d list out every major type of question and important variations, then below it work out an example and list out the steps to solve it. It forced me to not skip steps and made sure I really understood what I was doing.

I hope something here helps you, and good luck in your class!
