Responding to negitive feedback [mini rant]

Am I the only one who likes it better when people think less of you and that there is no way you can do something; instead of them constantly encouraging you and saying you can do anything? Or am I just weird?

My parents and family are way to encouraging and it really ****es me off cause they don't even know what is going on or what my grades are like its like in everybody's eyes I can only do perfect and I am perfect. I HATE IT!!

And like non of my friends bet me over stuff so that's annoying. I live to prove people wrong that's my whole motivation, my way of life!!! It bugs me so much that no one understands!

Anyone else like this?

Well… I hate it when people start encouraging me too much. I feel it’s completely unnecessary. I can kind of relate you in the fact that I enjoy it whenever friends make bets with me **academically/B.

But, I also couldn’t stand it if everyone kept telling me that I couldn’t do anything ._.
That’s just kind of depressing.

Haha, I thought I was the only one who bet on academic performance…

Lost money over not scoring 7,500 in academic decathlon and then some more for not getting eight 5s on my AP tests. Got four 4s and four 5s.

But yes, I love proving people wrong. It motivates me so much.

Thank you so I’m not the only one…but I’m surrounded by people who just do as there told without question and have really no purpose. It annoys me…

Esp since they don’t make bets with me or anything
