Response from Pton

When I submitted the online Pton financial aid forms, I received an email telling me that they received it. So, I assume that when you submit the app for admission, they would send you an email as well.

I however used the common app and have received no email of confirmation. Is this normal because I am not using their app, or is there a some other problem?

Also, I think this should be okay, but I submitted the app and supplement at 12:05am Nov 2nd (5 or 6 minutes past deadline). Is it a big deal that I submitted it on Nov 2 or is Pton pretty lenient with the deadlines? Thanks.

I don't know if this helps, but I submitted paper app around the 18th of October and on the 31st, got a reply saying "we're starting a file for you" and that "we'll inform you if/when it's complete"

I submitted my Paper App. (Did not file online) on Sept. 23rd. That is when I mailed it, and I got an e-mail on Oct. 18th saying they got my application and processed it all, i.e. opened a file. I submitted my financial aid papers on-line on the 17th of October and got an e-mail the next day saying they recieved it. Also, my one teacher sent in his recommendation on the 28th of October, so that should be there sometime in the future. It will have been postmarked by 1st Nov. so I have no worries.

You should be okay with the 5/6 minutes thing, because they may think your clock was off by a few minutes / something along those lines to cause a small difference.
