Luke 14:5: And answered them, saying, Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fallen into a pit, and will not straightway pull him out on the sabbath day?

As one DD Capt. blinkered to another after a boring patrol....

Hebrews 13:8

no more sheep stories... or pit bulls... oxen... i guess an ass is ok, as long as it's the one the old goat eats....

now go and call the doctor and no more taunting posts!!! ;)

Well, Matthews version (12:11) of the statement does involve sheep and, by the way, I like zap's idea of pulling a pit bull out of a well on a lazy Sunday afternoon. It puts a whole new meaning on the lesson.

Yea, but as is revealed in Revelation 22:18 ... anyone adding to (or changing) the words, well paraphrasing, their goose is cooked. What gets the LDS boys in trouble. They like to add And maybe Zman, too.

Anywho, no word of pitbulls that I can see, or having to pull them outta anywhere anytime, thank Goodness! ;)

I enjoyed your sheep joke USNA69; may I suggest you post it here?!?!
