<p>We are visiting this weekend and staying near campus. Any recommendation on were to eat? Not looking for anything fancy, just a place we find some good food an maybe catch a basketball game on TV.</p>

<p>We ate at JT’s Bar and Grill last weekend and watch the NBA playoffs. It was good food, a decent price, and they had lots of televisions playing hockey or basketball.</p>

and check the hours BEFORE YOU GO, ALTHOUGH i HEAR THEY ARE NOW OPEN LATER THAN THEY USED TO BE.</p>
<p>Rolland’s is pretty good. It’s about 5-10 min drive from the campus. </p>
<p>I forgot to mention that we walked from campus to JT’s Bar and Grill.</p>
<p>Crossrhodes is great, as is Chicken Shack. If you are willing to drive about 15 minutes into Chicago (or take the CTA), Ann Sather on Granville has excellent breakfast food. </p>
