<p>I was applying for a summer internship right now, and realized there was a error in my resume. My objective said, "...starting Summer 2008" which should have said "Summer 2009". I already applied for 50 or so positions with that error and do not remember all the companies I had applied for. Thinking about it, I think I even submitted my resume to recruiters at the career fair months ago with the error. With that being said, I received an interview from 1 company and have gotten rejection emails from 2 (because they were top notch and I probably didn't have a chance). So my question is this: should I be worried that my objective said "Summer 2008" instead of "Summer 2009"? Will it really matter? After an entire semester of applying to internships, I realize the mistake now....</p>
