Resume Format Question

<p>I worked as a tutor from June to August 2009, and then I went back in October 2010 to present. How do I format the dates on my resume? Should I just put "June – August 2009, October 2010 - Present." I just didn't know whether it would be too long.</p>

<p>I’d just say 06/2009-present, and then explain in your description of the position below. Doesn’t really make much difference, though.</p>
