Resume Help for UIUC

In the Statement page of the application, UIUC asks me for two things: 1. a non-academic related resume; 2. a academic related personal statement [see the exact prompts below].
The second one is pretty standard to me; it just likes the statement of purpose for other school. However, I have no idea how they are looking for and how to deal with the first one.
I am an undergrad student with academic research, exchange, competitions, symposium, and stuff like that; however, I have no working experience in the industry. I am totally scratching my head and wondering how to tackle this thing.
Does anyone know anything about this? Any help would be great!!! Thanks in advance and merry x'mas.

I just submitted my regular resume. It does talk a little about my research, but it’s way more of a general overview… it also has my campus jobs, and skills, and awards and stuff.
