Resume Help

Hello, since you all have been there, done that, and this is my first cirruculum vitae, could you answer these questions, please?
this CV is actually for a summer program with paid positions, so a "job" if you will.

1) length maximum is 2 pages, should be concise, right?

2) is it okay to include a small description in parenthesis, because a random name from whatever course you took over the summer doesn't really tell a lot. For example:

SVCC, City, State
• Studied Anatomy & Physiology through Regional Governor’s School
for Science & Technology (included studying human body and 2
dissections, cat, sheep brain, along with other informative lab
experiments)

I feel the parenthesis part is important because it actually shows I did lab work, which is what this program is based on, but I don't know if that is considered "professional".

3) is it alright to include a personal profile or is that only for older people applying to serious jobs?

Example
Joe Bloggs - Curriculum Vitae

Personal profile
[ul][]Experienced and innovative general manager with sophisticated sales, customer service and business administration skills.
[]Blah
[]Blah
[]Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering.[/ul]
Experience
[ul][]Over 20 years proven expertise in industrial purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, business development, marketing, sales and service.
[]Blah
[]Blah
[]International General Manager since 1991. [/ul]

so as a high school student, I could put something along the lines of "academically gifted junior student working towards blah" "have ___ characteristics" etc?

4) this course is science based, in fact from the application itself:
Juniors and sophomores who have an interest in and aptitude for science will be given primary consideration
so under the Academics/Education part, could I list my science courses only, along with the other academic programs i've done outside of school? They're good for what I've done, I took chemistry a year early (as in with the grade above me), and ap biology and ap chemistry, and I took all the science courses offered so far, I only have 1 left to complete for senior year.
OR should this strictly be on the transcript?

Thanks for any help you can give me. :)
