does anybody know?

Hi,
the answer to your question is yes you can attach an resume and dont' worry about repeating awards.

Did they change their instructions? Because I remember from a couple of years ago that the Columbia applications specifically said do not send a resume. If a college tells you they don't want to see a resume, do not send a resume. So, I would read their instructions carefully.

If you list the most important awards, they can safely assume that you have others -- that aren't that important. This is their way of trying to get across the message that it is quality of commitment and level of achievement they are interested in, not quantity of activities.

Sac, althought Columbia might have said no extra pieces of paper, they mean that in terms of the paper app. I completed my application online and they had a part online where they allowed you to upload a single extra document. I applied ED and was accepted so I'm fairly sure Colubmia didn't mind.

i wouldn't send a resume if you are sending anything else extra. if you are sending other recs, research, etc. then a resume is too much. just use the space provided.
