Resume

I'm applying to a lot of schools with the Common App. I don't think it has enough space for my activities and awards. Should I send a resume?

yeah....d othat

get a life

Should I send a resume or not?!

Don't be a crazy disgusting fag like AboutTime said.
Don't send in the resume. It is unnecessary.

AboutTime wasn't talking about me. There was an inappropriate post up there. It got deleted.

The important thing is to report the activities and awards that was really meant something to you. If you do have extra stuff that was significant throughout your high school career, then send it. Otherwise you'll be labeled a serial joiner. Also, don't list the awards you've gotten since middle school, such as your SAT score from the Johns Hopkins talent search in 7th grade.

I'm an international student :). My school didn't have any clubs for me to join. ECs are given xero importance here. I have never been in any clubs in my whole life.

My new school doesn't have any ECs either. Here, if you do an EC, they're like "stop wasting your time and study!"

what if theres not enough space on the common app for all your activities, even though you have elected positions in them?

That's one of the things that the "Additional Information" section is for.

Almost everyone in my highschool is submitting resume so i guess it really is your choice.

i attached a resume cuz my activities definitely didn't fit...so go ahead and add it to the section of common app that says sumthing like "extras" or "additional information".
