<p>Do you have an excessive quantity of ECs and random awards that you feel you must include, like quite a few of the people on CC? If not, don't attach one. If it just repeats what your app says, what's the point?</p>

<p>As long as the school doesn't strictly say "no resume" (or hints at it), then attach it. The common app's layout is rather annoying.</p>
