Hi, I've heard often of applicants bringing a transcript and a resume of activities and etc to their admissions interviews. I don't have a formal resume, so I was looking for some guidance about how to set up this resume. I understand that it doesn't really matter much for the interview, but obviously, I want to put my best foot forward. How much detail should I go into? Should I list the hours in each activity? Should I just list activities, or should I also include awards? Should I include an opening like that of a formal resume?

If you have used a resume like this in an interview before, I'd really appreciate it if you could answer some of those questions or give me a brief description of what you used. Thanks so much!
