Retake a 35 ACT?

So, I took the ACT for the first time in April and I got:

English: 36 (34 with 10 essay)
Math: 36
Reading: 36
Science: 32
Composite: 35

I was really happy with my score, but since I want to major in neurology, I thought that the 32 in science might look bad. On practice tests I've gotten 34/35 on science, but I'm not sure that I'll get as high a score on the other sections if I retake it. Should I bother retaking it in June to try to get a higher score in the science section, or should I just stick with this one? The thing is, I've only taken it once and I feel like I could do better...I'm just not sure what to do! By the way, I'm looking at top tier schools (HYP). Thanks!

oh my god. please don’t waste your time and money retaking the test. Your 32 in science I’m sure will be overlooked as you did get a 35 comp.

Leave well enough alone.

You may or may not get into Harvard. If you don’t–and remember, more than 90% of applicants don’t–it won’t be because of your ACT score.

In addition, they don’t admit you as a “neurology” or neurobiology concentrator; they admit you as a sort of blank slate and you can concentrate in whatever you chose.

What, are you nuts? Do something else with your time–like just chill out. Also use some of that time checking out other colleges on College Confidential or one or another of the guide because even being valedictorian and having a 35 or 36 doesn’t mean the “congratulations!” email. It may come, but as Sikorsky rightly stated, it won’t be just because of your ACT and if it doesn’t, it won’t because of your ACT.

Dont be silly by retaking your test … I can gauranteee you that you will not be rejected at any of the Ivy coleges because of your ACT score thats for sure … SO please dont waste money and time on retaking it as it would hardly matter in your profile…
