Retake a third SAT II test? (Need an answer ASAP please!)

I realize I shouldn't have put this off so late, but I am starting to have second thoughts about whether or not I should retake a third SAT II test. I realize I only need two, but I also know that colleges will see ALL my scores, regardless of which two are my best ones. I want most to get into UC Berkeley or UCLA.

Math II - 760, 740
Chemistry - 710
US History - 630 <---That score.
Biology - 600 (I'm not too worried about this, since I took it freshman year.)

In a thread in the "What are my chances" forum, I asked about my chances for UCB and UCLA. http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/showthread.php?p=972741#post972741 is the link. I was advised to retake the US History or perhaps another test. I was going to, but decided that I was too worn out from tests to take another one. But now I am getting paranoid, and I want a second opinion. Should I retake the US history, or will my good scores hold up?

I realize that retaking the US test can't really hurt, but I am already a summer removed from taking that class. I am a bit sketchy on a lot of details, so I would need to study and review for the next month.

I actually have the same question... lol.

math2: 760
lit: taking in oct.
ush: 660 <-- and we're talking about the same test...

(applying to harvard EA)
