Retake (Elite Colleges)?

<p>I will apply to Yale EA or Stanford EA. I have great grades/ecs/teacher recs. All the scores I've taken are:</p>

<p>SAT I: 800 CR, 750 M, 800 W (2350 highest, done in one sitting)
SAT II: Physics 780<em>, Math II 800</em>, US History 750</p>

<p>*Yale/Stanford only require top two SAT subject tests</p>

<p>I'm fine with the 780 and 800 for early action, right?</p>

<p>Should I retake my third SAT subject test by the time I apply RD (I think I might try a fourth SAT subject test like sick, although I'm sick of this crap...)? What schools require three SAT subject tests for class of '08 anyways (Harvard, Georgetown, etc?)?</p>

<p>You sure? The only ones I'm worried about are the colleges that require three SAT subject tests (Harvard, Georgetown, Princeton)... I'm fine with strong SAT scores, two strong sat ii's, and a 750?</p>

<p>Okay, I won't worry about it, sorry if I offended you and I don't intend to brag. I actually felt that a 750 is weak for HYPS because so many ppl say "750+" but I realize that my other scores will compensate for this and that test scores are not the best indicator anyways.</p>

<p>honestly i woudl have been disappointed if i got a 750 in US so u guys dont have to give this guy a hard time (although i admit he sounds very cocky). With that said, i absolutely would not retake because ur gunna have to study for a while just to maintain ur 750 and even with hours of studying u cant guarantee higher than that because u might have a bad test.</p>

<p>Think about it this way, do u want to sacrifice roughly 25 hours (studying/testing) of ur life just for a few points that wont make a difference (and u could even go down).</p>

<p>Your scores are totally fine. I know HYPS people who got in with much less than what you have.</p>
