Retake just for math?

So yeah... I'm applying to the top engineering schools.

missed 2 got a 730 in math in april and CR 690 W720.

Should I retake it? I think I should because that curve is ridiculous... anyone know if the october curve is nice or was nice in the past?

i agree the curve in math is ridiculous... I OMIT one, didn't even get any wrong, and i get a 790 =/

I would retake, you can do a lot better in math, and maybe even get that reading or writing up as well.

Retake. It won't hurt. Your current score is definitely not bad, though. If I were you I would concentrate on my SAT II math test. A high score on that can offset a lower SAT I score and it's generally easier to ace an SAT II (by easier I mean you can study for it)

Well I already took my SAT IIs 800,790,740 (math2, chem, biom respectively)

Does that change your opinions... or still retake? I'm talking electrical engineering at places like CMU and Berkeley.
