I took the SAT 2s in May and got 740 history, 740 chem, and 690 Math II. I signed up for all three again in June before I knew my scores. Now I know I can get the MAth up (have been studying) and I know I can get my History up, but I am not sure about chem. Currently I am looking at top tier schools such as Ivy and MIT(I really want to got here). Should I try the chem again, or is a 740 good enough. Basically I 'm asking if I should spend the next week reviewing it or spend more time ensuring I get a higher Math II score. Thanks for any feedback in advance.

anyone?

10 char

if you want to go to MIT, it might be worth it to improve both your math and chem scores, but it’s really up to you. if you get a 5 on an AP chem exam, the lower chem score won’t matter as much.

for that matter, since the Chem score is definitely within their range (everyone makes dumb mistakes/makes lucky guesses and goes up and down by 10s) it might not matter as much and they’ll look at your ECs.

^ The AP score won’t matter much as long as he gets 3+.

Your math score definitely needs to go up, but I think the chem score is fine.
