retake or send? (or none) mathII/korean

I got a 730 Math and 760 Korean in November.
Korean I can't take anymore, but should I send it in? I'm only in the bottom 30 percentile... so many Koreans taking the test :/
I'm a Korean-American, never lived in Korea. Send or no go? I'm leaning towards send but eh

Also for Math, I got 800 on SATI but for MathIIC I didn't study at all and didn't even take a practice test before taking the actual test (I know, I know, that was stupid).

I didn't finish the last 10 questions so I just omitted them. I think I got all of the rest right so it came out to be 730. Send in or retake?
The thing is, I missed the registration deadline so I'll have to take it in December as a standby taker if I want to make it for my USC deadline (12/1). It'll cost more money and I'll have to study for this remaining week.

What should I do?

retake math, you’re obviously capable of getting a perfect so why not. u should be willing to spend the extra amount if you want to go to USC and think youll get in (even if you dont)
