I took two SAT II's: Biology and History, scoring a 730 and 700 respectively. I'd really like to retake my Biology SAT II, but if I retook it, would it be better if I retook it with another SAT II--like world history?

Do you mean retaking World History, or taking WH for the first time?

I just want to retake Biology, but would look bad if I did. I mean, should I take another SAT II as well?

If you truly want to retake, then retake it. Just make sure you score higher so it won't be a waste of time. The adcoms don't care that you retook it, and you don't need to take another one with it unless you need 3 SAT IIs for some specific school.

any other opinions?

*actually.

You could retake it but you'll have to have a higher score than your previous scores like +50 about. Also if you want to retake WH I think it's a bit late because they only offer it in june and dec. So if you're ED/EAing anywhere you should choose another SAT2. BTW Harvard requires three.
