Retake SAT or take SAT Subjects?

Hi, I really want to go to UCI. It's my first choice, but I'm a little concerned because of my low GPA. I took as many Honors and AP classes offered to me at my school, but unfortunately my weighted GPA is only a 3.6 (thanks to my procrastination and lazy days) :( Sigh, ok anyway, I'm not one to dwell.

On my SAT Reasoning test I got a 1900
CR: 570
M: 650
W: 680
I just took my ACT and if it reflects my practice test, I hopefully got around a 30.
Now, I tried the SAT again, but I didn't do better because I didn't prepare well :(
With only the December test left, my question is, should I retake my SAT and work hard to get an amazing score like high 1900s or hit the 2000s? Because the SAT Reasoning is required. Or should I just focus on taking the SAT IIs, although they are not required, just recommended.
If I do take the Subject tests, i'll take Math Level 2, Lit and maybe Bio.
I REALLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYY want to be a Public Health Science major and no other UC has that as major :( Berekley does, but it's too high of a reach for me and I like UCI's because it's more science based. I also will minor in International Relations.
So please, tell me what I should do. Retake the SAT for a higher score or just focus on my SAT Subjects?
Thank you!

If you think you can score high on the SAT 2s, go for those. Otherwise, take the SAT again. A 1900 is not bad for UC Irvine.
