why would you retake a 770? If you have bad grades yes.....but that is DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO AFFECT YOUR ACCEPTANCES. AT ALL!! Colleges will look at you and shake their heads for being so squeamish about a score 30 points away... I AM SICK OF PEOPLE POSTING UP THESE UNREASONABLE DISCUSSIONS.!!!! YOU SHOULD USE YOUR LOGIC AND KNOW THE ANSWER@!!!!!!#@$@$@%#$^

why so harsh? ok i mean maybe it isn't best to retake a 770, especially for bio e. a 770 is a great score. do that (or better) on the other science tests and you will be fine. as for those flamers, sorry, i mean the other commenters, i wouldn't be surprised if they are only letting off some steam because they couldn't get a 770 or higher.

Actually, I don't even have my scores back.

That being said, it probably is a reason. Wouldn't you find it a bit insulting if you worked your ass off for a 750 or something and then a person comes on the boards and asks if a 770 should be retaken. Personally, I find this kind of perfectionism a bit sickening.

Colleges will not care. Duh

I don't think it's perfectionism.

I think it's a very sick, twisted way of covering their insecurities and reassuring their stressed out anal selves by getting various reactions from people (e.g. "770 is GREAT!" "I'd die happy if I had that score!").
