Retake?

<p>I got a 2040 the first time i took the SAT and a 2180 the second time. I really want to go to Carnegie Mellon for computer science, should i retake?</p>

<p>And for SAT subject tests i got an 800 in Match 2C but a 690 in both Bio and Chem do you suggest taking another subject test? Or will the science scores not be taken into much consideration because i'm not majoring in either one of them?</p>

<p>Also i've gotten a 5 in all AP tests i've taken so far (bio, stats, psych) and my unweighted gpa is a 4.0, weighted is about 4.33</p>

<p>Subject Tests are always taken into consideration…if they benefit you and are a good score. Have you considered taking the Physics SAT? Or Physics AP? Maybe I’m getting computer science confused with engineering, but for some reason I think that physics would be important.</p>

<p>As for the SAT…I don’t know how to answer that because I’m in a slightly similar predicament and I just don’t feel like taking it again.</p>
