So I'm trying to be a "competitive student" for UPenn but I got a 770 on the SAT II US History and 730 on the SAT II Biology-E(E was easier than M for me on this test so yes I looked at both lol). Should I retake them, since I am applying to Vagelos LSM? I'm also taking Math II in October.

Ur stupid if u wanna retake a 770

I mean it’s UPenn lol

There’s nothing wrong with a 770, even for Ivies! Usually a 750+ is solid, but your Bio scores were pretty good as well.

Thanks, do you think my Bio score is a bit low for someone who plans on Majoring in Biology (or something similar) at schools like UCLA, UNC, or UPenn?

It doesn’t seem low. Did you ever take AP Bio? Usually a score above 700 is amazing if you only took honors bio. This is one of those tests with the harsher curve. Retake it if you know you can do better, but it seems good!

Yes I took AP Bio…but I didn’t really learn anything all year because it was basically AP Coloring with Video Notes. I’m expecting a high 4 or low 5 on the AP Exam.

I guess I’ll keep it because I never even hit a 730 on practice tests.
