Retake?

<p>I took the January SATs, and my results were as follows:</p>

<p>math: 800
cr: 800
writing 690 (8 essay)</p>

<p>should i retake the test? this is a really weird situation for me. i usually score in the solid 700s on all three sections. im just really worried that my writing looks extremely weak.</p>

<p>btw im looking into schools like williams amherst and cornell. </p>

<p>yeah i would retake and only study writing to get it up. That's only if you want. Honestly, you don't need to.</p>

<p>I would not re-take... Writing isn't nearly as important as the other two sections</p>
