I am a senior-to-be and was wondering what your opinion would be for me to retake the act again. I have taken it 3 times, and gotten a 24,26,26 should I retake it?

Depends on where you want to apply and if you really need scholarships. Would you care to tell us where you want to apply?

I agree with atrophicwhisper. It depends on where you'll be applying, but I'd say go for it one more time. It looks like you're on an upward trend; study extra hard this summer while you have the time.

I'll be the third to say that it all depends where you want to go to school.

I am thinking about OSU, Maimi University, Indiana, and Purdue. As well as maybe University of Michigan.

I think a 26 should be fine for the first four schools, but U Mich might be more of a stretch. Of course, admission is more about your GPA, extracurriculars, etc. so it's hard to say. Obviously, the higher score you get, the better your chances, but a 26 should hold its own at most of your choice schools.

I would retake because I know that Ohio State usually gives scholarships for 27+ and other perks like their Scholors program, so with that I would say retake it and study hard during the summer and I think you can easily get a 28+.

I got a 26 and moved up to a 30 due to a lot of studying.

Take it again and study hard.
