This was my first time taking the SAT and I not-so-well on the critical reading and bad on the math, but well on the writing...
Critical Reading= 640
Math= 570
Writing= 800
Total= 2010
Ughhh, bad, right?
Should I retake?

anyone? helllpppp?

where do you want to go?

Seeing as you've only taken it once, I don't see why not.

thats good for a first time

Yea,

i think you should retake, but it depends on what schools you're applying to

but getting a 800 on writing shows that you have a lot of potential in the English area, which should mean that you can get a much higher CR score ( i hope ;)

as for math, just keep practicing and you'l get at least a 650

Best of Luck

Thanks, everyone. I guess I'll retake in Dec. But the problem is... if I retake then (December 6) what happens if my applications are due around that time and the scores aren't ready by then??

I believe you can still send in your scores.

But should I send these scores too?
I thought the scores had to be received by the application deadline date?

Is it true that most schools care only about the critical reading and math scores?
