<p>i know somebody who took oct and then jan sat 1 and didn't do well (approx 1220 then 1310) and is aiming for at lesat 1400 really 1450 or above but got a 1950 on the new sat 1 (i dont' know his breakdwon as of yet); how do colleges view retaking the new sat 1 again though taking the old sat 1 twice? does it matter or is it not that big of a deal if he retakes that if he can get it up to at least a 2050 or 2100 its worth the risk. thank you!</p>
