Retaking a C at a different CC?

Hi guys. I'm attending two community colleges.
At my first community college I received a C in Statistics...and I retook it at another community college and received an A. How will UC's take these two grades? Average them out?
Thanks in advance.

lol why r u keep abusing us with all those questions? you should use the search button.

Abusing? Calm yourself. Nobody asked YOU to respond to this question.

Oh and improve your English speaking skills, please.

Well a C is a passing grade. If you received a D or F, then you would be able to retake the course, and override the previous grade, but I don’t think you can override the C, because it’s passing. But I would check with your community college, and email the college you want to go for specifics, they’ll have better information. And also if the class is pertaining to your major, if I have the time, I would retake it just so I know the information.

lol no offense. Dont take it to the wrong way.

UC’s will take the C and disregard the A. I’m sorry to say unless you apply to grad school (they average grades or replace depending on the school), you may have wasted your time retaking the class as the UC’s will only accept retakes of D/F.

“If a student repeats a course used to satisfy the “a-g” requirements in which he or she originally earned a grade of C or higher, the repeated grade will not be used in calculating the GPA.”
