If I apply to grad school.. will the school think its very bad ? What about an employer ?</p>

<p>i retook a class i got a F in and i still got accepted… it writes over it in ur gpa and on ur transcripts u should be fine</p>

<p>Well in my school… the GPA changes, the first grade is gone BUT it remains in your transcript</p>

there are like 3 classes id like to retake… they remain on the transcript BUT they do not count for anything in the GPA…(you could also see it as do univeristies look at transcripts deeply or mainly at the GPA and GMAT score and all does…)</p>
