Retaking AP tests?

When is it a good idea to retake an AP test.

When you know you can do better or you don’t pass.

If you know for a fact you can do good enough the second time to get credit for it in college. IE…if the school you want to go to accepts only 5’s, it isn’t worth a retake if you believe you can raise your previous 2 to a 4. Only take it again if it will save you money later.

Do you think it helps in college administrations any?

For almost all colleges, the admission office says that AP test grades are not used for admission. Considering that, re-taking AP exam is meaningless for admission.

No, it really doesn’t help for admin purposes…if you score particularly low on a test, you don’t have to report it for most colleges since they don’t really require it.

What about colleges that require you to report ALL AP tests taken?

Bump please answer my question
