Retaking Class

so, I took Calc III last semester and got an A in it, but my class only finished about 3/4 of the material for the class. We didn't cover line integrals, vector fields, etc.. just up to triple integrals. Next semester I am transferring to a different college that offers an honors version of the class and was wondering whether I could petition to retake the class for credit. I want to do this for two reasons: 1) I have only two semesters to take 15 units of honors classes and 2) since my major is engineering, I think it would be beneficial to know all of multivariable calc.

Anybody know whether this can be done or not?

you could do it i think but really i would not. there are so many other ways to learn that other 1/4.

true, but I was thinking it would be an easy five honors units, and I would learn some stuff that isn't usually taught in the class normally.

I would just take the honors class, but not petition to retake. Only the highest grade will count towards your GPA and you could still get TAP for taking the honros course.
