<p>Hey, everyone.</p>

<p>I endured a bad semester due to a medication issue. I plan on retaking those courses.</p>

<p>Let's say I made a D this first time around, and earned an A the second. When applying to transfer, will the highest grade factor into the GPA, or will both? </p>

<p>Also, would that count as 6 credits or 3?</p>

<p>No sure about the gpa calculation, but a D is a non-passing grade, so you don’t get the credits. Also, if you are lucky enough to get grade replacement, then you can’t expect it to count as 2 courses worth of credit.</p>
