Retaking Classes

<p>I'm currently a junior at Syracuse University and I want to continue and get a Master Degree in Engineering. My question is it is bad to retake class, if you have a somewhat low GPA and want to improve it. Does it hurt my chances getting into grad school? Thanks</p>
