Hi. I was wondering. I am a junior in HS & last semester I took Precal while this semester I am taking Calc. I really do not understand Calc, but have had to take it. So my question is: How do college look at you retaking courses over again in high school? Do they look down upon it? Thank so much!

anyone know?

I think that if you def. don't understand anything, you should retake it no matter what colleges think since it will help you in the long run when you are at college. If you have a strong math background, you will get further faster.
And also since you are only taking a semester of each now, colleges might not look down on it since I think many schools teach the same thing in a year (like mine).
I'm not an expert though--just using reason. Hope it helps!

It depends.....if it shows up on the transcript then colleges will probably be wondering what happened.

However, retaking a course (if that's what you're talking about) is alot better than not doing anything about it. Always retake classes you get a D or F in.

yeah. I know I want to take them over again regardless, but my father was unsure about the whole thing.
