Retaking SAT I to raise Math?

Hi,

I was wondering if it is in my best interest to retake the SAT I. I have taken it twice, and my second try, my highest score, was 760CR/700M/790W (12 essay). Would it be a good idea to retake and try to get a 750+ on the Math and then just try and keep my other scores as high as possible? I know I can get a 1500+ on the CR/M sections but I'm just wondering if it's worth it or if colleges will look down on me for retaking with a 2250. I know a 2250 isn't GREAT GREAT, but I also know that at most schools it is decently competitive.

For a little background, I'm looking to apply at places like JHU or Vanderbilt.
I also took the SAT Math IIC the other day and am almost positive I got an 800. Would this have any effect on the way colleges saw my lower SAT I math score?

You deep ****!!!!!

Your SAT Math IIc scores should cover for your SAT I Math scores. It would also help if you have good Math grades at home. Remember, your SAT I scores aren't everything.

A 2250 is an excellent score.

Harvard accepted me with a 2260
